About Ionic Foot Baths

What Is An Ionic Foot Bath?

An ionic foot bath is a safe, non-invasive detoxification method which removes toxins through your feet.  This therapy combines the life-giving properties of water with a specialized bio-electric charge that enhances and amplifies your body’s natural ability to heal itself and rid itself of toxins regardless of where they are located.  Here at Love and Light, we use a machine called The Bodyguard .

What Is The BodyGuard?

The Bodyguard: two body cleansing applications in one dependable device:

1. Aqua Foot Bath Ionizer for Toxin Release

2. Frequency Generator for Energizing the Body

What Is A Frequency Generator?

Frequency generators energize our bodies with a positive square wave frequency (ranging from 1.9 KHz to over 950KHz) which strengthens our immune system and organs.  It creates in us an environment that repels pathogens, bacteria, fungus, and viruses, allowing our bodies to acquire a state of balance and health.

What Does An Ionic Foot Bath Session With The BodyGuard Involve?

The body detoxifies while you are comfortably seated with your feet placed in a container of warm salt water and stainless steel bars, which ionize the water.  In your hands, you will periodically hold two small bars which send frequencies through your body, boosting your body’s natural detoxification and healing processes.  After your 45 minute foot bath, you will be offered a drink to promote electrolyte balance while your practitioner bathes and opens energy pathways in your feet.

Is An Ionic Foot Bath Right For Me?

While ionic foot baths are safe for most, they aren’t recommended for everyone.  If you have a pacemaker, transplanted organs, are pregnant, nursing  or taking medications to regulate brain chemistry, this therapy may not be for you.
